Architectural Designer

Part-Time, 15-20 Hours

We are seeking a part-time architectural designer located in the DMV region with a minimum of 2-5 years of professional work experience who can assist our team with on-going projects including conducting on-site field measurements, preparing working drawings and 2D renderings while working in AutoCAD and Photoshop. The position is suited for someone who can commit 15-20 hours per week, M-F during normal operating business hours between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. In addition, the successful candidate will have a degree in architecture or design and will be responsible for overseeing the work of other staff designers while collaborating with the lead design team.

Freelance Designers

We are seeking freelance designers with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience who are interested in joining our team to assist us with taking measurements of residential and commercial projects throughout Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. You will assist our team in developing floor plans for our clients. Great for anyone who has a flexible schedule, is looking to bring in additional income or would like to pick up some freelance opportunities on a per project basis. This position is best suited for for someone who resides locally in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must reside in the D.C. Metropolitan region. We are only accepting candidates who live and work in the DMV.

  • Must be able to work in AutoCAD. Revit experience is a plus.

  • Have a background, work experience, degree or working towards a degree in architecture and/or interior design.

  • Prior experience in taking measurements and drafting floor plans of residential or commercial spaces.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Have your own laptop.

  • Flexible schedule.

  • Experience working in Photoshop a plus.

  • Rendering/Illustration background is a plus.

Marketing and Business Development Intern/Associate

The individual will be responsible for assisting with marketing and business development including online research, database entry, presentations, scheduling, client engagement and social media tasks.
